Residential Remodeling

As a General Contractor, Sardina Construction has extensive experience in all types of residential remodeling, from room and 2nd story additions, kitchens, baths, decks, patios, door installation and garages to finish carpentry, tiling and flooring.  A good example to illustrate Sardina Construction’s wide range of residential construction expertise is a remodeling job that totally transformed a 1960’s era Mission Valley townhome – adding 300 square feet of new living space to add rooms and completely reconfigure the living areas.  Sardina created a new bedroom and bathroom, a custom master suite and master bathroom, custom fireplaces and an expansive dining room.  The next phase will be the kitchen remodel.

To accomplish this comprehensive remodel, Pasquale and his crew had to dig out 80 square yards of soil that was underneath the structure by shoring up the 2nd  story, using a backhoe to excavate the soil and put in new footing to support the structural changes.

Sardina Construction can meet your residential remodeling needs, within a budget you can afford.
